Check-in & Check-out
Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out available for 20,000 won/hour by arrangement.
No Smoking
The entire building is a non-smoking zone. Please smoke outside.
Additional cleaning fee may apply if indoor smoking is confirmed.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise down after 10:00 PM.
This is a quiet residential area — please be considerate of neighbors.
No Parties or Pets
Parties, events, and pets are not permitted.
Shoes Off Indoors
Please remove outdoor shoes inside. Indoor slippers are provided.
Cooking Guidelines
Please avoid cooking food with heavy oil or strong odors.
For example: grilling meat, cooking fish, etc.
Waste Separation
Please separate food waste and recycling (plastic, cans, glass, paper).
Leave bags by the 1F entrance when full, or in-room for post-checkout handling.
Before You Leave
Please turn off all lights, AC, and electrical appliances before check-out.
